Right after start?
I mean I noticed it right away during the test mode with the submarine editor.
Freshly wired status monitor has all connected rooms' O2/H20 data inputs flicker if they are wired through any number of relays. This is severely annoying, as relays are the only way to feasibly attach data inputs from all rooms to a status monitor (or monitors).
Interesting to note: The first input wired into each signal field of a relay does not suffer the flickering... usually. It's not 100% consistent.
