Locked Passageway not Opening

My friends & I are trying to get past a locked passageway. We have enough reputation to do it but we have no idea how to unlock it. Is it broke? is there someone where supposed to talk to?

There should be an NPC right outside the docking port that you talk to. They will have the ... speech bubble.

If the above mentioned NPC does not appear, which can happen sometimes, just leave into the server lobby, and load back in again. I have seen this work multiple times.

i have the same issue except after the officer says you have permission it doesn't open

Did you attempt to save & quit and restart the game to have it reloaded?

If you are playing with mods, you might need to edit the savegame to surpass mentioned issue. A mod related issue with Dynamic Europa has been observed before.

If that doesnt work you can open the console and type "enablecheats" and then "togglecampaignteleport" and double click in your destination in the navigation map
