[SOLVED] BUG REPORT: Cannot Undock from Station (EDIT: Because I am dumb)

After selecting a destination and mission, there is no way to "undock" from the station because the "Undock" button has instead been switched to "Dock," even though the submarine is still stuck to the Outpost.

Clicking the Docking Ring button simply docks back the Outpost, failing all missions, and no amount of force can break the docking clamp. Trying to maneuver away from the outpost is futile, and the wiring of the docking port is locked, meaning I can't even attach a new "switch" to toggle it and force it to release.

All of which means the submarine is effectively trapped on the Outpost, with no way to leave.

EDIT: The issue is not a bug--it's a function of screwing with the ballast tanks, see below.

Did this just start happening after working normally for a few missions? Or is this the first mission with that sub? It could be a faulty wired workshop sup and not an actual game bug.

Submarines should automatically undock from outposts upon mission selection and loading a new area. How far into the campaign are you? Depending on how much money you have you could switch to a different submarine, or restart the campaign entirely. As well, could you provide what sub you are using?

I swear to God, I feel like the biggest idiot on Europa. You know what it was? THE BALLAST TANK.

I think I did something to the ballast tanks while I was eradicating some ballast flora. Either way, the pumps were stuck in the "OUT" position, smashing the submarine against the docking ring, making it impossible to move.

The key was when Cabbage suggested switching Submarines. Lo! and behold! The problem went away--because the other sub had functioning ballast tanks.

The issue has been solved, and I rescind my bug report--and have consigned myself to the brig until further notice. T_T
