Playing on a second Monitor

I'm currently using a windows 10 laptop, and I have it connected to a second monitor. I'd prefer to play the game on said second monitor, but I can't seem to move the game regardless as to whether it's in windowed, borderless windowed, or fullscreen mode. Anyone have any ideas?

(I'm using Windows Key + Shift + Left/Right Arrow Key to try and move the game with no luck.)
