Portable pumps without batteries

Hey I am pretty new to mechanic and even newer to wiring. I got portable pumps connected to my power but they still seem to be running off of batteries. Is there anyway to change this?

use fulgurium batteries but the pump itself almost twice stronger than large pump.

The problem I am having is that it's a little inconvenient during a fight to turn that on. Can the power at least be turned off and on by a button?

yes, set state if you want to use switch or toggle state if you like button. Or automate it using water sensor.
