How to output a certain value with wiring components?

I need to send a target level for pump - a value between -100 and 100.

Depends on how you want it accomplished. If just simple set two values, you can use a signal check component and set its true and false outputs to be the specific values. If you want to accept a range of values, your logic needs to produce a spectrum of different values, which can then be scaled appropriately with a multiply or divide gate and a memory gate to provide the scalar for which to adjust the range within -100 to 100. Multiply and divide gates also have adjustable clamps on output, but providing values outside of a pump's pump speed range doesn't behave differently from either edge value.

Thanks. I already got this automated fire shutting pump thing work. now I can farm pomegrenades withouth fires. only they need is watering... someone of devs could teach bots to do that :D

Plants don't enjoy saltwater by the way. It will dry them up.
