I do not think so, as that is how the game works. The game loads the session based on the mods, which work like overrides for the vanilla stuff. Asking the game what is not vanilla while keeping the mods is illogical.
Alternatively you can look into fabricators for the items themselves (if the mod makes them craftable)
Also it doesn't necessarily have to be an identifier, you can also use the actual names if you write them in quotation marks, like "Plasma Cutter" for example.
