Shelves only work if you play assistant or cheat, by switching to an assistant bot.
No fun allowed! What do you think this is? Some kind of game?

Makeshift Shelves can be made by an assistant with the corresponding talent.

If you have an assistant Bot in your crew, with the talent unlocked, then you yourself can craft it at the fabricator.

Only 3 or 4 makeshift shelves can be placed at any time.
