Is it possible to stack genes?
I have 2 identical matriarch genes, for example, they are fully purified and give 45% regeneration per minute, can I insert 2 of these into an improved gene splicer and get 90%?

So by using 2 fully purified matriarch genes inside an advanced splicer, you'll still be limited to 45% regen as that's the value equivalent to 100% purity.

Genes stack only up to 100% effectiveness, as far as I've been told - so in your example it wouldn't work, but two half-refined genes would have the full effect.

Probably not. A gene provides an effect that scales within a predefined range based on its purity. If you apply two similar genes through an advanced splicer, I'm pretty sure the gene with the highest effectiveness is likely to be the one that takes priority.

It isn't that 100% pure matriarch provides +45% regeneration per minute, it's that 100% pure matriarch sets your regeneration to 45% per minute. Two instances is just redundant.
