How do you make a detachable part of a submarine?
Can someone tell me how to replicate the lower airlock for shuttles in this submarine? This part is not in the mod files, but it works correctly in the game. I want to change the colour of the submarine. Or do I need to repeat the shape of this door and it will be enough, with subsequent binding, of course? First time editing a submarine, so I need help, thanks in advance.

What do you mean you want to replicate the lower air lock?

If you want to change the color of the attached submarines you'll have to make a fresh copy. So save the in this case "EK_Matriarch_Lance_Mk-V" sub as a new sub. Make the changes you want. Then you have to go back to the main sub and click on the + icon. And use your new copy instead of the old one.

Yes, I already changed the colour of the shuttles, but this sub also has a file Ek_Matriarch_Doors.sub, which is not in the game or mod files, although it works correctly in the game. I'm still a bit confused. Are you asking about how do you do shuttles? Or are you asking about some trick this sub does? If you want to add a shuttle you click the drop down in the top bar and select which sub you want. This will spawn a rough shape of your shuttle. Now with your shuttle selected hold space and left click the docking hatch you want to use. You should see a green line spawn.

You can find the shuttle the sub comes with in the workshop folder. AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\WorkshopMods\Installed\ (random numbers)
