Who ruined the caves in the game?
This is the third time this week I can't get minerals in the cave. The cave is over, and the minerals are somewhere 10-30m in the ice. The question is: developers have nothing to do or what?! There are few problems in the game, except how to run your hands into normally working caves and spoil them?!

How about rewriting your topic without the nonconstructive complaint part?
You can report this issue in the "Help & Technical Support" sub forum, here's a link:

Did you try breaking the ice?
I know quite a few players don't know you can use a drill \ plasma cutter to break ice

Of course, I break and melt the ice, but the cave ends with a narrow crevice, which is made of dense ice, and on sonar the minerals are still 10-30m away. I specially stocked up with a lot of oxygen and batteries and explored the cave. She's wriggling, very twisted, and there's no sense in her!

Use a mineral scanner when you are in the cave, either by your submarine or your handheld sonar device. Both of these should detect some minerals within the cave and save you some time.

If it does not detect any, either travel further and scan again, or return to the sub and find another cave. Though 9/10 I recommend returning if it doesn't pick anything up when you're already in.

you seem to articulate rather aggressive in more than one Thread you created. Please, could you find it in you to speak and write like you would want to be spoken to?

There may be other cave nearby. I have yet to experience truly "unreachable" minerals. I mean, i always found a way to them, sometimes through abyss, but i got there EVERY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TIME.

And, yes, Conrad is right. Only friends and allies 'round you, no need to be aggressive. Just take a few sips of ethanol and relax :)

Yeah this sounds like one of those times where there are two caves on top of each other with entrances on opposite sides. I hate when this happens because you end up going all the way into the cave to realise its a different cave/entrance.

I usually just skip it at that point...

Yeah. As a solo player I tend to skip caves entirely after the second biome anyway, they become too much of a risk for the rewards available (a few minerals, rarely some plants, that would be much easier to harvest from the sea bed). I don't do cave missions either as a solo player, that's just inviting crew loss.

After work, I decided to cool off in the cold waters of Europe, but this problem with the caves ruined my evening, I lost a lot of playing time! Yes, I was angry. Sorry!

I still can't forget that unsuccessful hike yesterday. I'm an old sailor, and here's such a mess! Today the team is resting, I stayed on duty, smoking and remembering the old hikes. But tomorrow I'm going ashore - I'm going to get drunk, throw up all around and ♥♥♥♥ under the table in the bar

Wow! Nothing tickles the nerves like going into caves or into the wreckage of a ship in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ spacesuit. Buy explosive harpoons and upgrade to an automatic shotgun. You will kill Hammerhead alone! Don't be ridiculous to leave the bases. Spend a couple of days on the base (save and re-visit). Every time there will be a dusty job. Just being at the docks, you can earn 5,000 doubloons in three days!

Ive seen it once, where another cave has been on the otherside of the rock. Proibably the case.. Provided it simply isnt just ice blocking your way and you didnt use a cutter.

Yes, most likely it is. I just completely forgot about it.

Another issue is when a cave is located in the abyss, but looks accessible from regular water.
