It's a minor nitpick but I like to goof around and stuff, and it's annoying when the message that I'm out of ammo is popping up every few seconds lol.
Reload key would need to be added only alongside a reload time for all guns, which would help balance the game a bit in regards to currently being able to rapid fire certain weapons as quickly as you can drag ammo into it I.E Boomstick - if they're planning on adding explosive slugs and stuff for shotguns, then being able to rapid fire them is going to be broken as all hell, more so than the Boomstick already is with just regular shotgun ammo lol.
It's not something I could consider wanting myself though, I kind of like the current system with drag and drop already.
If anything, I'd to be able to hold R to automatically (after maybe 1 second or something) unload a weapon or item in your hands, though. Like holding R would eject the empty oxygen / welding fuel tank out of your welder or plasma cutter, or drop the battery out of your baton...stuff like that. Not reload the thing, but just empty it ready for another reload. It'd still be faster dragging and dropping the item out of it manually, but incase you're busy or something, a short R press would be great.
