I'm not sure, I hope some familiar with this Trojan horse to analyse

i hope is false positive, But this problem is not simple, I've found this in under other hard drives
Which anti-virus? Which lua file? If it's from other hard drives, are you 100% certain it's not an infection on your side? Have you cross checked the file against other AV engines?

Real malware is 360. It has ridiculously high false positive rates, and known to uninstall signed drivers, thinking they are malware, while installing its own junk without permission.

malware.gen type of detection is usually just an antivirus treating the file as suspicious either due to something it may do when executed or it's rather simple filename which may have been a part of other, different detections reported in the past.

Forming your opinion that it's a Trojan solely off of a single detection from a ghetto antivirus is not really a best move and you should just upload the file to VirusTotal for a second opinion to see if it's truly that harmful.

Also the Dev said that he forgot to remove a file in the install and that newest version dosen't have it.
Also OP is dense and he didn't read the comment's on the mod. This is from Lua mod dev: @Echo its actually the old install method, I forgot to get rid of the unneeded publicized assemblies that trigger AV, should be fine in the latest version tho
