You could wire the money from your victim to the bank first, before silencinging them.
Other than that I have not seen an option as it is treated like items on death -> drop. With the exception that a money item is missing.

Then I need to figure out why my crew keep losing theirs, despite they always get back their corpses.
It also has to be an actual corpse you have to grab, not a bodybag.
I don't really play with wages and instead use the request money system so I don't know exactly how its supposed to work.
Thanks for the hints. Maybe I just have not noticed it yet. Normally I prefer to play without wages too, but in my current sessions there are some demands for this and that which makes it easier just to give people their allowance and then have then give to the bank what is not needed.
I will try to pay attention if the bank amount gets bigger after someone died and got looted.
