Husk cult, help needed

So me and my dad are playing this and tring to do the unmarked husk church quest, way to asention, and need a little help, basicly a step by step guide would be good, I could not find tthat myself and now I ask all of you for help, we have done a little already but if you could start from the start anyway that would be great
