Best way to make a ♥♥♥♥ ton of marks as a separatist.

1. Make a pirate/Separatist ship.
2. Start the game and go to a Separatist station/outpost
3. Do some missions so you get enough cash to buy weapons and medicine.
4. Buy some morphine saline and bandages
5. Go to a Europa Coalition Colony.
6. Attack one of the guards.
7. Use the merchan/Hr Manager as a body shield so they dont shoot you.
8. Wait till the coalition scum bleed out.
9. Kill off all the civilians.
10. Loot all the guard corpses and use the Manager ID card to get acces to the safe
11. Take a Storage Container and loot the whole colony
12. Sell all the coalition items to the separatists.
13 Enjoy the marks :D

You can also flood the station with plasma cutters, blow it up with detonators and C4, or just shoot it to pieces with explosive coilgun ammo.

step 1:acquire a grenade launcher and a bunch of mini nukes
step 2:go to a coalition outpost
step 3:blind fire until everything is dead

But then you wont get any loot, cuz the bodies will fall down into the water....And where is the fun in that ? You want to make the civilians die slowly and painfully
