Whats Better Heavy wrench or Hardend wrench

I checked the wiki and it says the Heavy wrench has 0 armor penetration and the hardend wrench has 25 percent armor penetration If I Read right the heavy wrench has faster repair speed. what do you guys think is the better option?

Heavy wrench stunlocks, has longer range, and has better damage per second than hardened wrenches (dual-wielded). Hardened wrenches have higher DPS against armoured targets.

Heavy wrenches can also damage walls.

Lastly, you only get the maximum performance out of heavy wrenches with at least 40 mechanical skill.
