Having a problem at the hostage rescue mission

I am in the abandoned station now.
The mission is rescuing the hostage.
At the station, I killed every traitor.
And found the hostage.
The problem is here.
I can't take the hostage out from the station.
they are just standing at there.
how can i fix this problem?

Did you order them to follow you?

Incapacitate them, paralyze them and drag them inside the submarine.

They're just traumatized, that's all.

Save your game before you test this, but try just ending the mission with the traitors all dead. I've never gotten this mission, but the hostage might be considered 'saved' once the threat is gone.

Press middle mouse to open your command interface and order them to return to the sub.

When near by to the hostages you can give them orders. Same as your crew. If you want them to use ladders you may want to uncuff them.

1. Kill all terrorists, they should have red nametags or none at all
2. Find hostages, they should have blue nametags
3. Uncuff the hostages by grabbing them and taking the cuffs out of their inventory
4. Order them to follow you in the crew command menu
5. Walk back to the sub and get them to "wait in place" somewhere safe

Warning: The hostages have their own diving masks, but they don't have suits, so make sure to fix any hull breaches in the station.
