Basically it's a diving suit that can punch through stuff and has a big inventory space and I think it had decent armor too, can't quite remember.
Edit: also it can’t move at all without a fuel rod, not even slowly.
Pros:
10K depth resistance, the highest possible diving suit resistance in the game.
Built in inventory.
High damage resistances.
Stabilizes weapon recoil, allows meaningful use of HMG without weapon skill.
Cons:
Requires power to move on top of usual suit oxygen requirement. Cannot move or use items unless the suit is powered.
Even with power, the suit is slow, both in and out of water.
It costs a decent amount in terms of crafting material costs.
It cannot be stored inside diving lockers, and can only be stored on the floor of the sub.
The suit is only useful for Ruins, Abandoned Outposts or Nests imo. If you are skilled enough then you could solo those missions with ease. Anywhere else an slipsuit would've been better.
It can also help you with periscopes as it removes some stun that would have otherwise knocked you off of them.
