Suffocating with o2 tank in suit.

Not sure what brought it on but began to suffer low o2 with noone nearby and a fresh tank of o2 in my suit. I swapped tanks, and low oxygen kept accumulating, but rubberbanding back up a chunk. The rubberband regain didn't overcome the constant accumulation though, and I ended up suffocating with no poisons, no other afflictions, just plenty of o2 in my suit.

Anyone else getting that bug this patch, or could it just have been a desync one-off thing?

Certain medicines can cause a bit of suffocation even with sufficient o2 supply. Are you sure no one applied such a medicine to you?

If its multiplayer you need to ask anyone with log access to see anything wrong.

There was nothing wrong. Had it happen again in another multiplayer game, again with no poisons or other afflictions, conditions, etc. Had to drop my suit under pressure and re-equip it to get the game to recognize I had oxygen in the tank.

The game can fail to recognize that you've picked something up during chaos, like picking up a suit from a locker while being pushed away by water and the lag compensation decides that you haven't picked it up at all.
It can also give you ghost items sometimes, you can see that you have it equipped / in inventory clientside but for the host you don't have it at all.

Are you sure you didn't mistake a welding fuel tank with an oxygen tanks ? happened to me once in the middle of a fight, I was angry and thought it was a bug, but then my friends laughed at me when they looted my corpse and they saw the fuel tank in my suit lol.

if it's a lag / desync bug, you just got very unlucky I'd say, never happened to any of us in 100 hours of gameplay. definitely not a common bug.

Make sure the oxygen tank is full, and that you aren't using the combat overhaul mod
