My friends can't buy or heal if I don't

hello the problem is my friend can´t pay for buy weapons o for healling need i go and pay what is a problem?

Because as host you get all the money on a bank account and since your'e the host only you can spend it i know theres something like a personal wallet if he gets some money in it he might also be able to spend money as well dunno how that works tho :D

There are mods where you can pay your crew, but otherwise as the Host you control the money and they have to ask permission for money.

Money earned goes into a Bank, only the host can access said bank.
you can set wages for your crewmates on co-op/online, giving them a cut of mission rewards. You can also manually give them money, and take it out of their account when they're done

You can give your friends a wage in the player menu if you press tab, left click on them, and click the drop down and move the slider

If they are trusted friends you can right click on their name and select 'Manage Permissions' or 'Set Permissions' i dont remember the exact wording. In the Permissions you can give them access to simple things like viewing server logs or having bank access, or you can let them ban people or use console commands.

You can give players permissions using the console, press F3 to open the console then type this command "giveperm *PlayerName* ManageMoney", swap *PlayerName* for your friends name. If you just want to give them every permission you can just type "giveperm *PlayerName* All".
