I didn't know there was an option to enable all subs from the start though, wish I had noticed that. Having to plumb the depths of Europa and then look for a random Outpost that's selling the specific class of Tier 2 or Tier 3 submarine you want is a little bit tedious compared to the old system, I feel. Oh well.
Yeah, everything should be working.
That's the thing. Even subs from the base game aren't showing up. No tier 2s, no tier 3s, nothing else but a Dugong, Orca, and Camel. Not even a Barsuk..
Have you gone past the first biome yet?
If you keep going to the right on the campaign map, you'll reach a point where the passageways are locked off. You need to unlock at least one of these passageways (Relations or money) and follow it to the next node, and you will enter a new biome.
Tier 2 subs become available in the 2nd biome. Not all outposts have the same subs - In biome 2, Habitation outposts only have t1 subs. Specialized outposts will have their corresponding t2 subs (Military = Attack, Research = Scout, Mining = Cargo) and colonies should have all t2 subs.
Yeah, I'm a little further than the middle of the second biome, been going to every station and still nothing. Not sure what's happened.
