How to add mods to the server?

Well, I tried it many times and yet even when looking at guides I still can't find a folder in which all mods go. It loads two mods "perfomance fix" and "better fabricatorUI". Can someone help me out, please?

unless you're running dedicated, hosting a server will have the mods YOU currently have enabled activated on that server

Well, the problem is that I'm trying to boot up a dedicated server with mods just because Steam P2P is kinda bad. So yeah, I have beeg problems with setting up mods on dedicated server.

it is very outdated, yes. Some of the things described there don't make any sense like where I should place mods.
