AI wont refuel reactor

How do I make them do it, they have the operate reactor order.

Also AI keeps ignoring ignore commands to pick up grenade launchers which is then fires into crowns of crew, how do I force it to not do that.

The A.I. might be confused as to where to locate fuel rods. Or you may not have any available fuel rods. Try putting the grenade launcher into a storage container and giving the ignore command instead.

put a rod in their inventory so they will automatically place the rod inside the reactor instead of you waiting few seconds and the sub suddenly shutdowns for a moment

Is it a vanilla submarine or modded one?

Cancel their jobs and tell them to do it again, this sometimes fixes your issue
