how do i enable lua in singleplayer?

im trying to use the "neurotrauma" mod but it keeps saying im "lualess"

install_cl_lua in the console

[Lagmanor]

1. Activate Lua in your mods list
2. Go to New server tab
3. Select Lua as your server core package
4. Start it
5. Hit F3 to open the console
6. Type "install_cl_lua"
7. If you did it right, the game window will appear and notify you it's installed. Go out the game.
8. Start your game again and look for a red text in upper left, indicating you have your client-side Lua installed.
