How do i change bot/npc crew job ?

I want to have more variant roles on my ship but hired crew only show up as Assistant instead of the role i hired
Is this a bug ?
Anyway to change those Npc roles ?

The specialists all have their own unique colour (their name), Assistants are always white but may show a specialist icon, that's their highest skill. E.g. a medic is always red.

The only real difference between an assistant and a specialist is the talent tree and uniform.

I doesnt have enough money to hire colored one so i hire the White Medic then when they come they turn to assistant

they wont have the medic skill tree but their still gonna have medical skill so tbh they just a cheap medic

For future people confusing with this like i had

When you point at the crew in hire crew menu and it will tell you what is the crew job (skill tree ) or you can identify them by color

The Icon next to them is just to show what is their highest stats

The white crew are assistant and they doesnt have special skill tree but they can do the role just fine

Yes, and the talents of a specialist enables them to potentially do their job far better and in different ways than a non-specialist.
