Does the abyss have a bottom?
I had a mission to kill a pirate ship and kill a moloch, and they kinda met eachother first and now the pirate ship is sinking to the abyss, its not dead either

Yes, it has a bottom. At the very least it had one up until the great sea, haven't gone that deep in the hydrothermal wastes yet.

It does. If it's very early in the campaign, the pressure may be less than 4000m at the bottom.
