Crushing Depths can't finish campaign
As the title says, even though the ship hull is maxed out, we have to go 400m below crushing depths and we cant survive making it to the final outpost.

Is there anything that can be done or is that it for our campaign and we have to start another?

We get within 60m before we lose control from all the cracks especially in the ballast tanks.

If you have the resources and the talent: Fixfoam grenades in detonators. Activate when needed to fix hulls.

More crew with welders should help too.

The underlying issue is that the upgrades were rebalanced though. Crush depth used to be slightly greater at max upgrades. Get a deepdiver and it should be easier.

Sounds very much like this thread which has some good suggestions already:

What i did was (on the very last level)
When the drop came, Max speed to the objective, and put all bots to fix holes, myself included, then you prioritize the parts that are most broken so it doesnt sink as fast, managed to just barely touch the ending and trigger it with a dugong.

We were lucky enough to have "automated" our submarine by that point with six assistants on gunnery duty and an extra assistant on clean up, repair and leak duty, so we had 3 humans and 7 bots in our relatively chunky sub. It wasn't a deep diver so its maximum depth was 5599m or something, but we definitely went below that.

Captain stayed at the helm because we thought for some reason it was going to be a docking job but you just need to reach a certain point, so you could put the submarine on full speed ahead in the direction of the objective and just leave it...there's a few cavern walls sure but generally it's just a big drop with no troubles.

We set every crew member to fixing leaks and even though the whole sub was practically orange all around it from hull damage on the status monitor, we survived okay. So I guess in the zone before the last stock up on Assistants or any bots you can and make sure they've all got a welder and welding fuel. Not sure how many you need, I guess it depends on the speed of your sub and its size, but having 7+2 people on hull repair duty definitely seemed like overkill.

It's definitely achievable anyway. You don't hit the instant death depth before hitting the objective.
