How do I farm most efficiently?
Is there a way to get seeds back? or keep using a same tree? I had a tobacco tree die apparently in the time it took me to loot a derelict

spam pots and layer them. so you have idk 6 pots with either the same damn thing or something different and they are layered in either two columns of 3 or 3 columns of two so you can efficiently water them all at the same time. plant seeds in all of them and then just make sure they stay alive. the first batch you make you should deconstruct into seeds and pocket them somewhere so if something bad happens you can cope and seethe your way out of it.

around 6+ planters will give you so much material you won't know what to do with it. i cooperated with my captain to have 6 tobacco planters to make tobacco and he made cigars out of it for a profit of about 1,600 - 2,000 marks per run when we sold said cigars.

if ur plants are dying in a short period of time you probably had a breach in that section (salty water isn't good for plants and rapidly depletes it's water level so you have to water them after every breach event in the same room ).

Do plants grow even when at dock? or just on trips?

Be warned, however, that the wiki is incorrect: Jovian Radiation does appear to spread based on time (though it only updates between missions), so don't just AFK for a week in-dock for pomegrenades lest you get microwaved mission after next

woudn't want to do this anyway at some point you legit start to drain the outpost power so much you are forced to use your own power
