Can no longer switch job's mid round?

Seems the talent tab has replaced being able to switch/manage your job.
So unless you rejoin seems your stuck with the same job the entire round.

I'm not sure what you mean, I thought this was always the case, you have to make a new character in order to change roles, losing any skills progression. The most effective way still seems to be taking a long walk out of an airlock without a diving suit (or other protection), make a new character then wait for the next respawn or round.

That Basically. I don't know how to describe it is all.

So yes not switch as in become a new class as your alive.
More having that new character come on after you respawn/transition from areas.
