How to Kill Human Turned Husks?

They are buffed and they are too dangerous. How to kill them for good now?

They just woke up from 0 hp (health bar was completly depleted after a round of smg). I had to make them chase me to save the sub cuz they were really unkillable after the today's update.

idk if you still need information on this, but the best course of action is to physically destroy a part of their body with a lot of gunfire or explosives to make sure they dont get back up, naturally spawning husks are pretty weak but infected people are much stronger, idk how well poisons work but I have tested the paralyzant and it will eventually cause husks to be harmless if they are injected with it.

We got bitten in alien ruin. My bad in the description, we killed the husk but we couldn't kill the turned ones. Yeah Human husks are really tough now. We couldn't manage to kill them at all. How to physically destroy a husk? With dual knife?

Humans have to go to negative 100 vit to die permanently. My guess (not 100% sure but you can try) is that human husks may be the same. Try dealing excess damage so they die fully

shooting or stabbing them until a part of their body explodes works, in earlier stages you can also just crush yourself with water pressure if you get infected, in later stages though when the infection is at like 70 or higher you will have to destroy or quarantine the body because if the player dies they will immediately become a husk, make sure to take their id away so they cant open doors too

i mean i just ran into my first wreck husk of the update and it shrugged off 12 revolver rounds and healed every time it got a hit in, seems kinda whack

treat them like necromorphs and you should be fine
