Crewman killed by mudraptors in a cave, all I found was his scooter just laying there!

The cave had vines and green smokey things (nearby, not where he died), I found it very odd that I could find no trace of the body, just the scooter as that's what he was carrying in his hands when he was killed by the mudraptors. Annoying because he had some good gear on him, not least a diving suit.

I got it today. One medic was eaten inside the ship and we never found his stuff back. I TOLD HIM HE SHOULDN'T CARRY THE ENTIRE MEDBAY AROUND!!!!!! We were all dying before an endworm slaughter us. You should learn to not carry everything around, only the essentials. Not mad just telling you

generaly if you solo play , caves can be really dangerous 2 mudraptors can stunlock you and eat you before you get chance to fight back

i avoid clear cave missions like wildfire when solo

This was a mining exploration mission. I managed to lure the creatures out just before getting eaten by them (they then went to the sub which was directionally pinging at them, the gunners took care of them). After that the cave was clear and I was able to get the minerals using another crewman.

you should try coop with atleast 1 friend , game is less srtresful if you can explore cave together , and if you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ somone can help and bring you back

singleplayer is way harder when your on foot/exploring , 1 big mistake and your dead with no way of recovery as bots cant save you
