Custom sub, or vanilla? Are those the only things not working, or are the lights out as well?

Go into the sub editor and check the nav terminal to see if the use transducers checkbox is checked. If you aren't using transducers make sure it isn't checked. If you are using a transducer then make sure you have a wire going from the nave terminals transducer_in to your sonar transducers signal_out. For your engine problem make sure you have it connected to power first. You may be like, 'obviously i already did that', but make sure the junction box the engine is hooked to is also connected to power. I can't tell you how many times I've made that mistake, so just covering all the bases. (Do that with the transducer too, if you are using one) If power is looking good, next check the engines set_force, and make sure to run a wire from that to the nav terminals velocity_x_out.

I've also got a workshop item for basic wiring if you want to use it as a wiring reference.

No problem, to be honest the sub creator is pretty daunting when you're starting off.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.. that explains why it seemed like the Wi-Fi was over riding the Built-in Nav terminal.. so i could have both remote control and in-drone control..

and i just finished scrapping the project.. augh.. oh well.. ill reassemble it and try your suggestion.. i was hoping i wouldnt need to link it to the transducer considering my main sub doesn't use them... a new reason for me to hate Transducers.. >_> aaaugh! what a simple solution.. i was SO close!

Thank You for lending us your brain.
