It contain an autonomous production of vegetable, milk and Eggs.
The farm is really fast and self-sufficient.
There are also some "side-quests" that will provide new technology for bags and grave decorations. But you can complete them before the ending.
You just need to make sure to complete all of them before you complete one of the ending that will remove the camp. As once the camp is gone, the quest will be unavailable to complete.

If you don't care about spoiling the details, just read through it and you can choose which ending/perk(s) you want.

Also, if you want to cheese the game a little, there's a way to get all 3 perks.
Some of the ending trigger can be bypassed allowing to have 2 ending exist at the same time (the refugees camp will be gone, but you will have all 3 perks).
