Beet Slices vs Carrot Cutlet
2 carrots make 4 carrot cutlets (60 energy), while 2 beets makes only 1 beet slices (18 energy)?
This, combined with the higher price of beets (10 vs 15) make beet slices strangely uneconomical.
There should be parity between the recipes.
