Fully automate zombie brewery
A porter station for wheat in the garden and some sort of pipe system to get water to the basement automatically would make the zombie brewery actually useful.

It's currently extremely slow, inputs and outputs the exact same as a regular brewer (that is much faster), and manually needs refilling of wheat and water. It's pretty useless right now.

EDIT: and making it so that the zombie brewery and winery spaces aren't exclusive to those things would be great.

I could do without the zombie brewery, even the winery. It would be better to allow the building of wine barrels, fermentation barrels, brewing stands and so on. I would rather make the rounds of several manual stations than wait for these pokey little puppies to produce anything.

Yeah the manual ones are definitely more time efficient. It was pretty disappointing to see all that extra space in the cellar reserved for the zombie stuff. Honestly I agree with you.

but im lazy lol

I can be extremely lazy or extremely industrious. There is no in between. Something to do with having both ADHD and OCD.

Zombies are NEVER faster than the player. I'm fairly sure that efficiency rating they have is based on the player's speed at tasks (as in, 100% would be YOUR speed). Their advantage is that, even being slower, they continue their tasks indefinitely without pause until they run out of materials (or however many repetitions you told them to do, if not infinite.) Meanwhile, you can go off and do other things with your day! ^_^
They're a force multiplier for repetitive chores!

My issue was more that it's not self sufficient and it isn't balanced as nicely as the the other zombie things.

Other zombie workstations (like the farm, vineyard or winery for example) are like all zombie workstations, really slow. BUT! They also input and output many materials at once. The zombie brewery however doesn't have that balance. It inputs and outputs the exact same as a manual player brewery, but is still extremely slow.

The other zombie things are also self sufficient. The farm takes in the first batch of seeds, and (depending on the upgrade stage) it outputs enough seeds to keep running forever. Same with the vineyard. The vineyard supplies grapes to the winery, which means it'll only run out of materials if the vineyard doesn't supply fast enough. Since there's no way to get wheat and water into the basement automatically yet, the zombie brewery is kinda useless.

TLDR zombies are slow, but balanced with increased input and output, and can be fully automated. But not the zombie brewery.

Yes. The Zombie Winery at least gets all of its materials (just grapes) from the zombie vineyard (fully automated) through the zombie vineyard porter station (fully automated) so it can operate indefinitely as long as the source doesn't get fouled up. The zombie brewery does not share this feature.

There should be an Extended Water Pump that you build over top of the regular Water Pump which keeps filling the work yard tank at the same rate (or maybe half that rate) but also has an underground extension in the empty spot just below the zombie brewery. This tank would fill much faster than the work yard tank and be able to supply both the zombie brewery and manually operated Brewing Stands.

I also think the zombie winery and brewery should be optional. You should be able to build any cellar buildables in full width, 4 height areas there, including alcohol distillers, brewing stands, wine barrels, fermentation barrels, trunks and vine presses.
