I repost a new one. Exhumating bodies is ok, but threads that old ... yuck !

Anyways. I have never met this issue myself, but my GF did.
Just before the step with dark organs, the inquisitor ask for a tent to sell hamburgers and beer.
If you bring beer and burgers NOIT on the day of the inquisitor, when speaking to him during his day gives no result. He has nothing to say. Thus, if you go back to your tent, it says something like "everything is ready, I shall talk to the inquisitor" (or that's what it says approximatly in my own language).
Once a day or once a week, I noticed that I can fill the tent again with beer/burgers. BUT if I close this menu, the next time I try to open it, it says again "talk to inquisitor".

I completed the game twice already, each time I served beer and burgers the day of the inquisitor, that's probably why I have never faced this issue. I have seen others posts (here on steam, or on reddit) where players have the same problem, and it shall be fixed by filling the tent multiple times and seeing the event, for 3 or 4 weeks. But on this run, the event has never been triggered.

Any idea how to unstuck this ?

What is your relationship amount with the inquisitor?
Is the Dark organ tech unlocked?
If yes, then this is perfectly normal and not a bug.

If you have the dark organ tech, then you also had the dialogue where the inquisitor told you burning of witch is now forbidden.
If it is forbidden, what do you expect to do?

It is normal that the message "everything is ready..." doesn't appear when not on the inquisitor day. As this will only happen when the inquisitor is here.

It doesn't prevent the burning to work correctly the next time the inquisitor is coming.

There are 3 pre-requisites for a burning with buffet to happen:
Tent is stocked
A burning with buffet has not already be done today
Burning is not forbidden

In all cases I have seen (including in the thread you linked), the issues is that player didn't understand that if the inquisitor told you burning are forbidden, this mean you can't burn witch anymore.

For reference here's how the inquisitor quest goes:

Meet him the first time
Come back to meet him again (at least 1 week later) +10 (total 10)
Bring firewood +10 (total 20)
Bring flyers +10 (total 30)
Watch a burning together +10 (total 40)
Bring wine +10 (total 50)
Build tent +10 (total 60)
Stock the tent and make a burning with buffet +5 (total 65)
Stock the tent and make a burning with buffet +5 (total 70)
Stock the tent and make a burning with buffet +5 (total 75)
Next week after the 3rd burning with buffet, you get a new dialogue and unlock the dark organ tech
Provide dark organ +5 (total 80)
Provide dark organ +5 (total 85)
Provide dark organ +5 (total 90)

The last 10 is provided when you complete the Snake questline, but note that it could be done at any point (generally only when you have unlocked the dark organ, but with Stranger Sins, not necessarily)

I have 75 relationship with the inquisitior. I could not trigger any burning witch event so burning can't be forbidden yet.
I will double check if dark organs are unlocked. I'm not sure of this because it is not my playthrough. I thought I only unlocked after seeing the event once. That's why I didnt check the competence tree.
I'll keep you updated.

I have just waited 2 weeks, using the zen garden.
Still at the same point. I'am not able to refill the tent, and inquisitor still have nothing to say.
