Bishop disappeared

I am playing DLC Better Save Soul with my old save in which I have everything unlocked, all quest completed, all previous DLC etc... Now I am not able to progress with curing Euric, because I need to meet Bishop and give him an ode from Vagner. I would love to, but Bishop is gone. One, two, three weeks, he is not coming to my church. Any help or fix this?

I am also experiencing the same problem, the bishop hasn't shown up for prayer day for a few weeks now, then the game lags and then eventually just crashes! I've tried to uninstall and reinstall from steam to see if that helps but its still happens? any help would be much appreciated!
