Impossible to get the Piece of Donkey hair.

Hello, i'm encountering an issue with the following quest : the Pagan amulet of spirit summoning.

I can't receive the Piece of Donkey hair.

He told me that i'm not yet unknowledgeable to have it, and since the following 20 days when i'm trying to dicuss with him, nothing happen, and no line of quest is available.

He still keeps bringing me corpses.

I am facing same issue. When i met him, i was talking with him about his hair but at the end he didnt gave me anything and i cent see recipe of Pagan amulet in Church workbench.

Had the same problem. What solved was reading the revolutionary message 2, that apparently I forgot to read. Hope it helps someone
