do resources respawn ?

Hi! Trees do regrow you just need to cut them completely even the stump. As for the ingots near keeper's house they won't respawn, you need to find iron mine on the map.

There is more iron to be found in the world, but your first nodes are limited. If you somehow run out you can still buy nails and iron parts from the blacksmith, and you can sell other items for money to other merchants.
From what i remember trees and some rocks respawn, but i dont think you will run out of rocks for quite some time.

Rocks don't respawn, but just northwest of the Sweet House is one of the nodes for infinite Stone Bricks. The Quarry in the far northwest corner of the map has one of those that can also be set up for Zombies to harvest it, along with a Marble node with the same setup and an Iron Mine that requires Zombies to harvest anything in there, but gets both that Iron and Coal.
