This is generally how I set mine up; 6 racks total, 4 of which against the right wall (for IPs), then just a bunch of corpse-storage with a few embalming tables near the entrance.

As to the morgue, I never found a need for 6 (holy hell is that overkill) embalming tables. 1 is enough to hit 1 with preservative, strip the soul and relevant stuff, and get all but gold injection in before the next body arrives. A 2nd gets the next body started while you finish the first. I tend to be either on the 3rd or 4th injection, depending on stored organs, on body 2 by the time I finish modifying the first. If a body is usable for the graveyard, it gets stored on a pallet until day of sun, when there's no delivery.
