Why no have MOD's in Graveyard Keeper?

Someone know if any modder create mod's for this game?

There are, you just need to know where to look.

Mods do exist, just not as a Steam Workshop like a lot of games here.
One site for example is Nexus Mods, but there are plenty others out there as well.
Modding is also a bit more involved than just clicking subscribe, but if you're familiar with modding in other games like MineCraft, you might have no issue.

Be careful mentioning mod sites, I have seen people get banned from other game forums just for the mentions alone.

I'm pretty sure I remember something a while back about LBG not caring if you use mods or not, so I don't see why they'd ban you from their game forums for using them. There's just no official support or API for them, so no Workshop or mod manager.
But yea I've seen that happen in other games.
