Does using mods locks achivements?

I'm stating to play the game and like most games I like to use QoL mods. I did it with some others and know that the steam achivements sometimes lock up when you use them.
Do we still unlock achivements with Nexus mods that use the QMod Manager?

As far as i know mods aren't messing with achievements.

Mods do not lock achievements.

If you start the game with the start button in QMod Manager Reloaded then it seems like the achievements do not show up, but they count. Just activate or install the mods with the manager and then start the game via steam. If you do so, the mods are active as well and the achievements unlock and pop up as normal.
