Is there a way to speed up the week?

I have a week left for the astronomer and nothing else to do in the meantime. Any tips or tricks?

There's always something you can do to kill time, i usually stock up on extra materials in those moments. If you genuinely just want to fast forward to another day of the week though, build the meditation area just to the upper left of sweet home if you can and haven't already. Think you need sand unlocked, but that's usually pretty early tech. Meditation removes the tired debuff (even if you just sit there for like a second) or you can just indefinitely wait while meditating to pass time faster while recovering in the process. Note that unlike sleeping, meditating does not save your progress.

You can meditate forever, it skips time slower than sleeping but doesn't stop at full stamina
