But it might not be soon.
They are currently working on Punch Club 2 (Punch Club was their 1st game)
Do you guys know similar games ?
Also, if you build a refugee camp, then one of the refugees who came there will recognize the character and say that he robbed his store in the city. This is a hint that the second part will take place in the city as a clone of the character.
Game has literally dozens of minor bugs - abandoned dialogue options and so on. Bugs that remain open for years.
I've been following this game since Alpha and I've never seen any promises from the devs that went unfullfilled.
Specially the town one, where did they promise it?
On their twitter?
On marketing material?
On their discord server?
On any other social platform?
As even in the game file, there's nothing that could even anything showing they were working on a town. No graphical asset. No unused NPC or area.
There are a few unused assets and systems. Mostly in tier of crafting recipes that were removed before alpha (like a few more jewelry options, more iron crafting and a bar of sanity).
Alternatively, something set in the same universe would be amazing to have too!
I got all the DLC's and honestly, the game was amazing to play!
I would easily throw a few hundrets to the devs if they make another game with DLC's
yes exactly, me too! those are money worth spending knowing the games those devs are creating.
Yes it was clearly promised on their twitter. Then they bailed and tried to play around it saying "it was a joke", as others mentioned above.
And made a number of paid DLCs instead of fixing old bugs such as orphaned dialogue entries.
