DLC: How to get in the house of the Farmer?
I just finished the gigant carrot quest that bumped my points up to 30.
The farmer invited me in, but when i try to open the door it says i need 40 points.

Does anybody know where i get the missing 10 points?

Did you do the quest about his son secretly drinking alcohol? Th e farmer should then visit you the next time you sleep, and I think you'll then receive another relation bonus.

Get the flask from the Farmer's son.
Don't tell the Farmer about his son's drinking.
Sleep.
Farmer shows up and thanks you for not betraying his son, who has finally shown signs of growing up by drinking behind his back.

I told the father about his son's drinking problem, he thanked me and then I had to pay 5 silver for the flask because it was not son's. Then I got those 10 points.
