Embalming Table Bug PC - Unable to use Embalming Fluid

I'm on the PC Steam version. Everything else runs smoothly, but when I try to embalm a body on an embalming table II, the body is present. I am unable to add any embalming fluid.

I have all the embalming technology.

What am I missing?

Whether the fluid is in my personal inventory, or a mortuary rack, it remains gray.

Is this a bug, or do I need something to trigger to use embalming fluids?

It would be nice if you posted a screenshot of the problem when asking these kinds of questions. Many things could potentially be going wrong, like there aren't enough skulls of a certain color or something but you have not provided any information, including if you've been able to embalm things before, which seems likely if you have all the tech.

I checked for corrupt local files - no problem there. I even uninstalled and reinstalled after clearing cache, etc. to make sure it wasn't a corrupt update file. That all checks out.

I'm assuming those flasks are supposed to be colored and able to be selected to begin the embalming process...

Yes, look at the screenshot from your tech tree. These are the items you're looking for. What you have in your rack is not the final product to be used on the corpses.
