Game of Crone Donkey hair

I'm having trouble getting the Donkey hair for some reason. I have no idea what I'm missing right now. I did every thing in the refuge camp and every single other quest.

I've tried to talk to basically every character and tried to talk to the donkey in every way. I just have no idea anymore what I have to do to get the donkey hair.... I've been trying things for hours now.

Read the "Revolutionary message 2" item. I completely forgot to do this since I was busy with other things...

I did this today, when I had the part of the quest of getting his hair, I just put some carrots to call him and met him outside, then a cutscene happens and you get the hair,

Hmm that's pretty weird, I did have the cutscene of him right after I talked with Gerry. But I didn't get any hair from that. I can't do anything with the special box (the top one) it does not have any options and in the regular box there's 1000+ carrots now. So this only confuses me more xD

I don't remember much from this questline but did you finish shipping all of the contraband that the donkey asked you for since I believe you get the hair after you finish the quests that donkey gives you.

I have done those where you had to send 2 things through the box. It was faith and something else. But other than that he didn’t tell me to do anything else.

I finished all of those before, I think there were 2, faith and something else. I didn’t get any other quest thing at all from him and I can’t send anything else through the box anymore.

In my case, 1st file(1-year ago played) had no matter to could see donkey and get quest to make revolution box. In dungeon regenerated monsters in only 8th floor so after I clear them could see ghost in end of 8th floor.

BUT 2nd file(for see new ending restarted) have same problem. I made full stack corpse and made clear carrot box. Didn`t change anything. Donkey doesn`t appear because no carrot in box. If I put carrot in box, he bring corpse without quest.
In dungeon doesn`t appear ghost. I did walk 6th floor to 9th floor, and died for eating mushroom. It doesn`t changed anythings.

I thing it might be bug.
My English don`t good, so ask me anything you don`t stand anything about my word.

I managed to get the Donkey hair just now. I apparently never read the "Revolutionary message 2". After reading this message I got the donkey hair instantly into my inventory and I got the other item delivery requests.

So yeah... I was too busy to read the message I got and forgot about it.
