Tavern not being build after being purchased?

so i build the tavern but its not showing up on the map, anybody know why? the current quest with gerry is to "Meet Gerry in your tavern"

Check your teleport stone, if the tavern is ready then you should get a new teleport location.
The Tavern is located just at the crossroad northeast to Dig's hut, before the broken bridge.

no its not on the teleport stone. i've also checked the location where it should be, but it isnt there. only the hole you dug for the cognac

Then maybe go to bed and check it again?

i did, checked both the map and the stone. still nothing

Did you give money to the mason?

yes, i just checked. i don't have any option to pay money to the mason (cory), so i'm pretty sure i paid the price

I think Cory is asking you a date with Clotho before he build the tavern for you? Have you arranged that?

You need to sleep for him to build it.

from what i can see i have no option to arrange a date between clotho and cory (the only yellow quest i have is from gerry with: "meet Gerry at your tavern", and i've slept more then 7 days ingame.

it seems after starting a new save file it worked and i was able to build the tavern. maybe something was wrong with the save. but thanks for the help!
