Stuck no more mission

i dont have any quest ... my refugee camp is full upgrade and i have only a quest : blood for Alaric.
What to do after ? maybe find Béatrice ? i dont know, help pliz

im in ♥♥♥♥ again no more quest . I finished quest with donkey but i dont know how built the watching tower ? and i have 13/13 people on refugee camp ( i know the max is 16)

So I have question to this as well, does the last DLC ends with the letter and bodies?
I stuck on that, and I don't know if that is the last thing from the DLC.
I notice another 2 bugs:
1 - Mission with cow - I have done it, but still have it in active missions
2 - Ask Theodoro about women - which I finnished as well.

Any advice on those?

I have 60 reputation with Teodoro , I spoke with everyone in the map but nothing, do you remember what to do? I think it's a bug no?

If someone's still stuck:
Take the Witcher's eye, go back to the Waterfall.
Interact with all the purple clouds. You'll get the Vampire jaw.
